UK delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 costs £3.50 for orders below £20.00. Delivery is free when the items subtotal reaches £20.00, before promotional discounts.

We dispatch within 3 working days. Royal Mail transit time is additional; Tracked 48 is not a guaranteed two-day delivery service. We deliver to UK addresses only.

We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied or dispatch is delayed. If your parcel has not arrived, contact us with your order reference. Unless we agree another date with you, delivery is due within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellations & returns

You can cancel an online order without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving it. Email us with your order reference and the items you wish to return. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. You can also cancel before dispatch.

Return items to the address above, suitably packed, and retain proof of postage. You pay return postage for a change of mind. For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, contact us so we can arrange a suitable return at our expense.

We refund the returned goods and standard outward delivery charge when you cancel the whole order, using your original payment method. We issue the refund within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

Ordering & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. The basket and Stripe checkout show your item prices, any discount, delivery and final total before you pay. Card details are collected securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

Wananchi Perfumes is not VAT registered. VAT is not charged.

An order is confirmed when payment is confirmed. Keep your order reference. We may contact you if there is an availability or pricing problem; if we cannot fulfil an order, we will offer an alternative only with your agreement or refund the affected payment.

WELCOME20 gives 20% off items, excluding delivery. It cannot be combined with other offers. Delivery eligibility uses the items subtotal before discount.

We sell perfume oils and 50ml sprays. Choose the correct format and size before ordering. Fragrance descriptions help you choose; individual perception and wear may vary. Product images illustrate the fragrance and presentation. This does not affect your rights if goods do not match their description.

Your privacy

Wananchi Perfumes is responsible for customer information collected by this shop. Contact us at the email or address above about your data.

When you order, we receive your name, email, delivery address, order contents, amount and payment status. We use them to fulfil your contract, provide support, prevent fraud and keep legally required business records. We collect these details from you and from Stripe when you pay.

Stripe processes payment information. Our website hosting providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information needed to run the shop; Royal Mail receives information needed to deliver parcels. These providers may process data outside the UK using applicable safeguards. We do not sell customer data or add you to marketing lists from checkout.

We retain completed order and accounting records for up to six years, or longer where a legal dispute requires it. Uncompleted checkout records are retained only as needed for support, payment reconciliation and fraud prevention. Contact us to request deletion where appropriate.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information, restriction or objection where applicable, and a portable copy of information you provided. Some information must be retained by law. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies & device storage

The shop stores your basket on your device and uses a secure customer cookie for up to 30 days to link checkout and order history to this browser. Browser storage also remembers your selected welcome offer and confirmed orders. Hosted sign-in uses security cookies for store management. Stripe uses its own payment and fraud-prevention technologies during checkout. We do not add advertising or analytics trackers.

Clearing browser data removes your local basket and access to browser order history; it does not delete required order records. The optional installed app uses the same website and needs an internet connection.
